Liability

Once furniture is in the hand of the customers, ThatOldThing, LLC is not responsible for any damage or injury that might occur during interaction and use of said product.

If any injury occurs while picking up products from customers while on the promises of ThatOldThing, LLC, ThatOldThing, LLC is not liable.

Shipping

Insurance will be taken out on the item being shipped to cover any damage that might occur during shipping. If any damage does occur please email us at store@thatold-thing.com.

Repairs

If the furniture or products that are produced but ThatOldThing, LLC breaks or needs repair we would be happy to repair the item in question for our standard furniture repair cost.
